Meadowview Manor Rehab is adjoined to Meadowview Manor Personal Care. The Rehab Center offers therapy to both outpatients and residents of the personal care facility. It is located three miles east of Mount Union and 15 miles west of Lewistown, Pa. Our rehab center is ideal for patients who need regular therapy by trained, friendly professionals who provide individualized client care.

Our therapists cover areas such as knee and hip replacements, shoulder injuries, fractures, arthritis, gait abnormalities, balance issues, bursitis, chronic pain, strokes and dementia.  Treatment can consist of strengthening, stretching, energy conservation, work conditioning, use of adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.  These therapies are usually covered by Medicare, worker’s compensation, auto and private insurances.

A home exercise program is designed upon initial evaluation so the client can immediately progress towards desired goals. After the formal sessions end, a home exercise plan is designed so the client can continue to use therapy techniques to maintain a high quality of life. Plans include printouts with illustrations and full descriptions of exercises and movements. Treatment progress is reviewed on a regular basis by each patient’s physician, our Medical Director and our Rehab Manager.

  • Physical therapist with pediatric experience -- available to assist children and teens recovering from sports injuries, auto accidents or other medical conditions.                                                             
  • Service area includes: McVeytown, Mill Creek, Orbisonia, Lewistown, Belleville, Three Springs, Mt. Union, Newtown Hamilton, Shirleysburg and surrounding areas.



    • Physical Therapist Brandi works with a resident to improve leg strength.
