Short Term and Respite Care

Meadowview offers a short-stay program for respite care and for patients who are being discharged from a hospital or nursing home that need extra assistance, and possibly rehab services, before they can return to their home. For a guest to be considered for this program, we need to evaluate their health status and talk to the guest’s physician.

The daily fee includes all the services available to our residents such as daily living assistance, nursing care, laundry and housekeeping services, plus activities, three meals and three snacks daily and more. All rooms, whether private or semi-private, have their own private bathroom. Space is limited, so early planning is recommended. Please call for a tour and more details.
